Preheat oven to 150°C. Sift flour, castor sugar and salt together. Then mix the oil, egg milk, vanilla essence and water together

Create a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients. Mix till combined. Dont over mix. Add more flour if to sticky

Grease muffin tray with butter or flour. Bake till golden brown or till skewer comes out clean.

Serve with anything of your choice
