Ingredients

2 dozens
  • 1 rollpuff pastry
  • 1/2 kgsausages
  • Egg
  • Sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam Sausages till they halfway cooked.. allow to cool

  2. 2

    Cut puff pastry in squares

  3. 3

    Place the sausage in the middle of the squares and roll

  4. 4

    Brush with egg and a sprinkle of sesame seeds

  5. 5

    Bake on 180 till crisp... serve with chilli sauces
