  • 1 stickbutter
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper

    Melt butter in skillet over medium heat

    Once melted mix in flour till completely mixed up

  3. 3

    Wisk in milk salt and pepper keep wisking till at your perfered thickness and serve

my grandmother taught me how to cook like they did back during the great depression so that mixed with me needing quick meals that can be diabetic friendly so i mix the 2 and come up with some yummy stuff.
