Ingredients

4 to 5 servings
  • 1 candrained tuna
  • 1-2 tablespoonMayonnaise
  • 1/2 cupCubed cucumber
  • 1/2 cupcubed carrots
  • To tasteCrackle of pepper
  • Chopped coriander
  • 1 cupchopped lettuce
  • 4 slicesbread

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the together (tuna, mayonnaise, cucumber, carrots, pepper and coriander)...gently... ensure water is drained out tuna.

  2. 2

    Butter fresh sliced bread... top with chopped lettuce...and tuna mixture

  3. 3

    Cut into triangles...

  4. 4

    Can also be eaten on crackers...or provita...
