Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4 spoonscreme fresh
  • 1 teaspoonmilk
  • 50 gdemerara sugar or any sugr
  • 20 mllemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Put 25g Sugar into a frying pan

  2. 2

    When sugar has caramelized add 2 spoons creme fresh

  3. 3

    After creme fresh has been added add the milk

  4. 4

    Then add the rest of the sugar

  5. 5

    Then add the rest of the creme fresh

  6. 6

    Serve best over pancakes
