  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

15minutes
  1. 1

    Cuts yam and wash, then cut it in to large pieces and thick less then drain the water,

  2. 2

    Add little salt and stir all over, then add oil on fire allow it to heat then put your yam and keep frying till become crispy

  3. 3

    Drain on colander then serve with egg souce or tomato souce. Enjoy.
