Ingredients

  1. 4tomatoes chopped roughly
  2. 4garlic cloves chopped
  3. 1 tbspginger crushed
  4. to tasteSalt and red chilli
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. to tasteSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Add cumin,saute ginger garlic

  3. 3

    Add tomato and spices,stir it,cook on high flame for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add sugar and off the flame and serve with rice
