4garlic cloves chopped
1 tbspginger crushed
to tasteSalt and red chilli
1 tspturmeric powder
2 tbspoil
to tasteSugar

Heat oil in a pan

Add cumin,saute ginger garlic

Add tomato and spices,stir it,cook on high flame for 2 minutes

Add sugar and off the flame and serve with rice
