Ingredients

  • 2 cwater
  • 1 tspteal leaves
  • To tastesugar/honey
  • 1lemon, squeezed

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water and tea leaves to make black tea. Sieve when ready and use a water bath to cool it much faster

  2. 2

    Add lemon juice and sugar to taste, put in fridge to cool further. Enjoy as it is or with a slice of lemon cake(see my other recipes)

  3. 3

    Optional, you can make popsicles using the ice cube tray
