Steps

Peel off and wash the arrow roots and chop to small pieces

In a baking tray line with foil and pour some oil on it

In a bowl add the nduma, cumin salt and oil and mix till well coated
- 4
Place the nduma on the pan and bake for 30 min at 180 degrees, halfway through the cooking, turn the ndumas to be able to cook on the other side.

After 30min remove from oven and serve.
