Take all the ingredients

In a mixing bowl mix onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander, salt, oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper powder, grated cheese cube.

Take a bread slice and keep the filling on top of it, top it with cheese slice

Cover the with another bread slice, repeat for rest of slices
- 5
On a tawa heat some oil, place one sandwich and roast it bothe sides on medium flame till golden and crisp.

Once done remove and cut it with pizza cutter and serve with ketchup, for cheese loves extra cheese can be added for extra cheese flavours.

Chef Tip: Variety of veggies like capsicum, corn can be added to the above filling 😊.
