Firstly prepare the batter for star pattern

Slightly grease 10/10 baking dish.arrange the star pattern template paper on the baking tin.arrange the parchment paper on the top of it.

Grease the paper with little butter

In a medium bowl,sieve 1/2 cup all purpose flour,1/4 tsp baking soda,1/2 tsp baking powder 2-3 times to aerate the flour.keep aside

Mix 1/4 the cup butter,1 tbsp sugar,1/2 tsp vinegar,1 tsp strawberry extract...add the above flour mixture in batches and mix well in one direction.

Transfer the batter to piping bag or small bottle fit with small plain tip.

Gently pipe stars on the parchment paper.

Freeze the baking tin until you prepare the chocolate sponge base for 15-20 min

Let's start with chocolate sponge.mix 1 cup all purpose flour,1/4cup cocoa powder,1/2 tsp baking soda,3/4 tsp baking powder...sieve it 2-3 times to aerate.

Mix 1/2 cup butter,1 tbsp sugar,1 tsp vanilla extract,1 TSP vinegar,2 tsp chocolate syrup well.add the above flour in batches and form a lump free batter

Pour the batter on frozen stars in a baking tin spreading evenly forming thin layer.

Bake for 10-12 minutes...cool it completely before you unmould it.

Whip the cream with beater until you get soft peaks.

Add tuityfruity and 2 tsp strawberry syrup to the cream and mix well.

Remove the parchment paper from the base

Flip and Arrange the base for creaming so that the star print is below.

Spread the thick layer of cream on the base

Arrange slices of strawberries on it.

Cut the cream base horizontally and vertically...flip it on the other So that it forms a sandwich.star print comes on the top.

Garnish it with fresh strawberries and refrigerate it for 30 min before you serve.

Serve in kitty parties, birthday parties,new year parties...etc.
