Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsMixed vegetables(beans, carrot, potato, peas)
  2. 1Onion
  3. 2Tomato
  4. 2Green chillies
  5. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. To grind
  8. 2 tablespoonCoconut grated
  9. 2Red chilli
  10. 1 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  11. 1 teaspoonCoriander powder
  12. 1 teaspoonGaram masala
  13. 1/2 teaspoonfennel seeds
  14. 4Cashews

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook all the vegetables including onion, tomato, Green chillies with sufficient water, turmeric powder and salt for one whistle.

  2. 2

    Grind all the given ingredients under to grind into a fine paste

  3. 3

    Now add the ground paste to the cooked vegetables and boil for few minutes.
