Steps

Boil water and soak ur dried cous cous for 2mins and drain the water, cover it and keep aside.

Chop tomatoes, onion and Scotch bonnets, fry it in low heat, add in ur seasoning and spices

Cut ur lettuce, cucumber, green pepper,grate carrots an mix them all in a bowl, sprinkle some seasoning, oil and vinegar.

Serve.
