Blend mango cubes and sugar.
Keep this mango puree in the freezer for 4-5 mins. - 2
In the meantime take 4 slices of bread. Cut the edges.

Take one slice, apply vanilla ice cream and then spread mango puree nicely.

Then take another bread slice and apply ice cream on both sides and put this over first one.

Repeat the same layering for rest bread slices.
When done with four slices keep in freezer for half an hour. After that take out from freezer and cut into half. - 6
Then apply mango puree on top and garnish with mango chunks, cherry, syrup etc and serve.

In place of ice cream you can spread whipped cream.
