Steps

Peel the banana stem and chop it into small pieces.

Soak it in water for about an hour and add Rock salt in it

Heat oil in an pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves in it

Add chopped onions and fry it some time

Then add chopped tomatoes and toss it for sometime

Once it’s cooked add chopped banana stem with water and salt to it
- 7
Add little bit of jaggery and cook it till the water dries up and the banana stem is soft

Add chilli powder and fresh grated coconut

Mix it properly and check for salt
