Steps

Heat 1 tbsp butter in to a pan and add ginger garlic and chilli paste

Add onion and capsicum and saute for 2 to 3 minutes

Add corn along with salt, chilli flakes and oregano

Let the gas off and cool it to the room temprature.

Apply butter on the bread and put 1 tbsp corn mixture also add 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese and 1/2 tbsp process cheese

Put another bread slice and apply btter on front side of bread

Grill the sandwich to golden brown amd crispy
