Lukewarm the milk and add sugar in it make solution and add red colour to it. Now add flour oil and 2 pinches of salt and knead it with milk, make a tight dough let it set for 15 minutes.

Now make a big bread with the help of a rolling pin with the help of a mold, to cut it's small rounds.

Combine all 5-5 circles with each other and rotate with a hand and cut from the middle will be prepared by making 2 flowers in a roll. Prepare all such flowers.

Prepare a sugar syrup with sugar water and cardamom powder add lemon water in it.

Put all the flowers in the pan and fry them, keep the gas slower, otherwise these flowers will remain raw from inside.

After frying, for 5 minutes put them in the sugar syrup (Make sure syrup is also lukewarm) after 5 minutes remove then from the syrup and serve them, you can also keep store containers.
