Cut ur mango and remove the fleshy part,add the chunks to a blender nd blend

As it is blending add 1 tablespoon sugar nd continue blending till nicely puree

Now in a bowl add 1 tablespoon gelatine nd mix with a little amount of warm water,whisk untill all is dissolve

Like this,add the gelatine mix into your mango puree nd whisk well

Now arrange ur cup as shown here,then slowly add ur mango puree,refrigerate for 3hrs till firmed up.

Now in a pan add 2 cups of milk(leaving a little bit of the milk)then add sugar,whisk and allow to bring to a boil

Add in your gelatine nd whisk really well

Then leave it boil again for 2-3mins then take it off heat nd transfer into a bowl to cool off

Now before it cools completely add 1tbspn of whipping cream powder,into the milk(which u leave previously abt 1/4) whisk it all together nd add it into the warm milk nd whisk,sieve and allow to cool completely

Once it is cool,pour it gently into ur firmed mango puree mix,like this nd refrigerate for 1hr
