Steps

Take a bowl mix maida, wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and make a soft dough of it

Keep it aside, and let it rest for 1 hour

Add kalonji, green coriander leaves, ghee to the dough and Knead the dough to make it soft dough again

Let it rest for 10-15 minutes

Make a roti for it

Add little drops of water in one side of water

And keep the side of water of roti in the tawa like stick the water side to the tawa

Stew the roti in gas

Tandoori roti is ready add ghee drops upon it or butter to serve with shahi sabjiya
