Cream 200g sugar together with 350g margarine until the sugar is cream,white and fluffy

Beat the eggs and vanilla essence then whisk till the eggs double in size

Weigh the flour, seive together with baking powder

Fold in alternating the flour and eggs in the sugar butter mixture
- 5
Grease and dust baking tin

Pour your mixture and bake in an oven 180degree for 30--40 minutes.

Decorate and enjoy.
