Blend saunf, black pepper and cardamom. Make a fine powder. Strain the powder and keep it aside.

Now take the remaining ingredients and blend them.

Mix both the powders together. Take chilled milk and ice cubes and put them in the glasses. Take 2-3 spoons of thandai powder, add it in the glass, stir and mix well. Serve garnished with petal.
