Put maida,carom seeds,salt,oil in a mixing bowl.add water and make a dough.

Dough rest for the 30 minutes.

Make balls with the dough,roll the ball cut into kaju shape with the help of cutter.

Heat oil in a wok add kaju and deep fry till golden brown in colour.
- 5
After fry add all spices in fried kaju and mix well.
