Ingredients

500 gcurd
1 small bowl amul cream
as requiredAll seasonal fruit (apple, grapes, pomegranate etc)
100 gsugar powder
5-6 stickkesar / saffron
1 teaspoonelachi powder / cardamom

Steps

Remove water from curd by putting it cotton cloth for half and hour.

Add sugar powder & kesar stick in it and mix it well.

Cut all seasonal fruit in small pieces & add it.

At last add amul cream & elachi powder in it.

Mix it well.

Keep it in fridge.

Serve it.
