  • 1potato
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • 1 tspgreen chillies paste
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the cauliflower and potatoes

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry green chillies and ginger

  3. 3

    Add steamed vegetables and saute for a while

  4. 4

    Add turmeric and salt and cover

  5. 5

    Add tomato and saute until oil separates
