Julienne chicken, pepper and onion.

Put little oil in a pot and add ginger and garlic paste and fry on low heat for 30 secs

Add the chicken breast and seasoning, add water and cook till soft.

Mix cornflour with little water and pour on the meat. Reduce heat and add the pepper and onion. Simmer for a bit and serve.
