Take a pan or pressure cooker to boil the rice for 4 whistle’s and keep it aside.

Turn on the flame with pan of 3 table spoon refined oil.put the mustard seeds urad dal,bengalgram,redchilli, Curry leaves fry this until urad dal turns into brown.

In the other side sqeeze the lemon in a bowl add turmeric powder and mix it well.

Add the lemonade with pan and mixed it well for 3 minutes in normal flame.

Add the rice and salt as required with lemonade slowly.don’t use the whole boiled rice at a time so that u can stop until it reaches the perfect ratio.

Add some grinded coriander in top of it to get a good odour and taste. Serve hot with sambar, vada, Coconut Chutney.
