Soak urad dal for 5-6 hrs or over night.

Now grind it into a fine paste.

Now in this batter add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt. Mix nicely.

Now take small portion of batter into ur palm, shape accordingly and deep fry them on a medium flame till they turn out to be crisp.

Serve with coconut chutney and Sambhar. Or whatever way u like.
