How to make microwave idli
Mix together suji,curd and salt and keep it aside for nearly half an hour.
After keeping it aside,add eno.. - 2
If batter is too thick, add a tbsp of milk to give the batter a smooth consistency.
Pour the batter into the moulds of idli maker and keep it in microwave for 4-5 mins. - 3
How to make Chinese mixture
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds,when they start fluttering add curry leaves.
Add green chillies and garlic.
When the garlic turns brown,add onions. - 4
When the onions turn transparent,add capsicum and carrot.
Add salt and pepper.
Add grated tomato and cook the mixture till the vegetables turns soft.
Now add sauces(3) and mix them well. - 5
Add small pieces of idli and mix well so that every is coated with the chinese mixture.

Add crushed peanuts.
Garnish with spring onions and coriander leaves.
