Veg Manchow Soup is my first choice in soup list.. As it is made with vegetables so it's healthy in meal. I make with very less oil because I use fried noodles for garnish ing.

Veg Manchow Soup is my first choice in soup list.. As it is made with vegetables so it's healthy in meal. I make with very less oil because I use fried noodles for garnish ing.
Steps

For fried noodles:Boil one packet any noodles in one cup water for 2 minutes,Strain and keep aside.

Add one tsp all purpose flour mix well,deep fry in hot oil.Keep aside.

Heat oil on medium flame,add chopped green onion stir and saute it for few seconds,add chopped ginger-garlic.Saute for few seconds.

Add chopped vegetables,Saute it for few seconds,add 3 cupS water and stir well.

Add salt and black pepper..stir and cook for 5 minutes on medium low flame

Take sauces in a bowl add vinegar,mix well and add in soup and stir

Take corn flour in a bowl add half cup water,mix well add in soup and stir well,cook another 2-3 minutes.

Veg Manchow Soup is ready.Garnish with chopped cottage cheese and fried noodles.Serve hot.
