  1. 4eggs
  2. Prawns

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate prawns with egg, half salt, corn flour

  2. 2

    Marinate egg <1/2tsp sugar and <1/2tsp salt, corn flour. No soy sauce as the colour makes the egg looks unappealing

  3. 3

    Stir fry prawns TIL slight cooked

  4. 4

    Pour egg over it

  5. 5

    Keep stirring egg to the center to make it scrambled
