Moist Qalaqand

Assalamoalikum
A day , while going to office , I saw a qulfi wala there , I love qulfi falooda very very much , unfortunately I did not have enough money at that time (it was about to 60 Rs , and I just have bus ka kiraya ;D ).
I got upset .....
after coming home when I opened fridge , my sights were caught by a packet , which I thought it was mozerella but .....
It was not that, it was paneer (cottage cheese).
I remember what will be made by paneer and also my favourite ....

I made it and showing it in front of u all...
Steps

Grate the paneer by grater and put it in karahi.

Add condensed milk.

Add milk powder.
- 4
Mix it continuously, in low-medium flame.

Condensed milk will be melt and the whole mixture will be thickens.

Add cardamom powder in it.

When mixture get thickens and separate the bottom of karahi,
shift the mixture in a greased container. - 8
Sprinkle pistachios on it.

And leave it in room temperature or in fridge, for at least 30 minutes...

Serve...
