Ingredients

  • 1large onion
  • 1 teaspoonsground beef drippings/tallow
  • 2 tablespoonsHeinz 57 steak sauce
  • 1 teaspoonwater
  • 1/2 teaspoonkosher salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the onion. Cut in half then slice medium thickness.

  2. 2

    Add to a hot skillet with the tallow. Let the onion caramelize.

    When they have caramelized add the steaksauce mixed with water.

    Stirfry till just tender.
