The reason behind kheer and this much quantity was my GrandParents' Barsi.I made kheer along with Homemade Poori.
Steps

Soak rice and boil Until soft and grind them by adding some milk.

In a pot add milk and let it boil. Now add grinded rice and mix well and cook until thickenes.

Now add elaichi powder condensed milk and sugar and cook on low flame until desired thinkness.

Now add khoya and half of the almonds and cook for few minutes.

Pour the kheer in bowls and spread the remaining almonds and let it cool.
