Mix all ingredients (except milk) together. Slowly pour milk while constantly stirring the mixture. When it forms a mildly thick paste put away the milk. Go heat up the pan and make sure it is well greased with butter. Put about one serving spoon worth of mixture onto the pan. When you can put your spatula under it without it falling apart it is ready to flip. Cook until golden and you are ready to enjoy your meal.
