Slice the hot cross bun in half and place in a waffle toaster or maker for less than 2 minutes.

On a small bowl add yoghurt and chopped naartjie from half the naartjie.
- 3
Sandwich the naartjie yoghurt inbetween the waffle toaster hot cross bun.
- 4
Top with a dalop of the naartjie yoghurt mixture and garnish with thin slices of the Clementines and add a small golden syrup drizzle to enjoy.
