  • 250 gramsPhool Makhana / lotus seed
  • 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  • 2green chillies
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 spooneach oil, chana dal (bengal gram)
  • 5-6Curry leaves

  1. 1

    First roast the phool Makhana for 3 mins to remove the moisture. Now take a kadai, pour oil once it is heated. Now add green chillies, chanadal,turmeic powder,salt and Curry leaves and mix well.

  2. 2

    Once the tempering is done, mix phool Makhana. Now Phool Makhana Chat is ready to eat😋
