Steps

In a blender,blend sugar,oil,egg and curd for 30 secs.

Add maida,salt and baking soda

Churn green tea leaves and almonds into a smooth powder.

Put this green tea mixture in already prepared batter
- 5
Transfer it to a grease tin and bake for 50-60mins on sim in cooker/kadai.

After 60 mins..let it cool and cut into desired shape.
