Ab is mixture ko 8 inches k greased n lined mould mai daal k 180 degrees pe preheated oven mai 15 se 18 min tk bake kr lain.

Choclate mousse k liye choclate ko double boiler pe rkh k bs itna cook karay k yolks ka clr light ho jaye. yolks ko direct heat pe cook nhi krna, vrna yolks scrambled ho jaye gi.
alg bowl mai gelatine pwdr mai. neem grm pani daal k paste bna k rkh lain. jb paste bn jaye to isko yolks vale mixture mai daal k mix karay, ab is mai melted choclate daal k beater se beat karay, phr is mixture mai itni whip ki hui cream daal k beat karay k sara mixture creamy n thick ho jaye. - 5
Itni cream add krni hai k mixture na bht thick ho na hi zyada liquidy.
phr is mousse ko ready sponge pe daal k fridge mai 2,3 hours k liye set hone dain.
jb thanda ho jaye to nikal k is pe choclate ganache pour kr dain. achi trha chill kr k thanda kr k serve karay...
