Wash the chicken and remove the inside but don't cut it into pieces.

Grind garlic,ginger,pepper n onions,then put in a bowl,add seasonings and spices,add little oil and mix all together.

Put all the mixture both in and outside and chicken,then tie the chicken in a nylon and put it in a freezer for 2-3hrs.

After some hours,bring it out from d freezer,preheat the oven,put some oil on the oven tray and place the chicken on the tray and put it inside the oven and allow it to bake until golden brown.
