  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped into thin stripes
  • 3 medium tomatoes, cut into medium sized cubes
  • 4 medium cucumbers, sliced into 1cm thick circles
  • 1 tablespoonsumac
  • 1 lemon, squeezed
  • 2 tablespoonspomegranate syrup
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • salt to taste

    In a serving salad bowl, mix the chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers.

  2. 2

    Add the Sumac, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, olive oil and salt. Mix well. Serve immediately to savour the crispy taste of the fresh vegetables.

My mom used to do this... Serve this exact same salad everyday... It was the most boring salad experience I ever experienced, it lasted for 15 years!...
Thank god I did not grow to hate vegetables! (my brother did)...
