Ingredients

about 10-15 min
1 per bag
  1. 1 bagTofu shirataki noodles.
  2. Shrimps
  3. Diced onions
  4. Mixed vegetables
  5. 1 Tbspbutter (per bag of noodles) your choice
  6. 1/8 cupCanned coconut milk
  7. To your taste: seasonings
  8. Sea salt,
  9. Vegetable or chicken stock mix powder
  10. Garlic powder
  11. Black pepper

Cooking Instructions

about 10-15 min
  1. 1

    Drain and wash noodles with fresh warm water before adding to the pot. Other than that just mix everything together in no order until hot and cooked. Add seasoning to taste you like! Either let cool a bit or eat up! Don't forget to blow! I'm greedy so I just blow and eat 😀.

hmmm, I guess cooking and baking for me is something I do really well which I learned from my grandmother and mother along with years of being with women who can not cook lol. So for that reason I'm greatful they both showed me how to take care of a home because Lawd knows I would be stuck eating take out all my life in todays world! lol now surviving thyroid cancer I added to my life a more healthier way of eating. so it's nice to share with others in a common space.
