  1. 1 cupvrat (samo) rice
  2. 3-4boiled potatoes
  3. to tasteRock salt as per taste
  4. 2 tspRed chilli pow
  5. someGreen coriander chopped
  6. 1 tspCorinder pow
  7. as requiredGreen chillies optional
  8. as requiredOil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    First wash vrat rice and in cooker add water with rice and give one whistle

    Rice is ready then cool the rice in room temp and add boiled mashed potatoes along all dry masala and mix well

    Make finger shape and fry in high flame
