Been trying different types of cake recipes recently. Bcos of my love for carrots When I learnt that u can actually bake cake with carrots I didn't waste any time to give it a try.
And guess what! It came out nice and yummy! 😋 😋 thankio so much Mrs Udoka Anyanwu u encouraged me.

1 1/2 cupsugar
1/2 cupbutter
3medium sized carrots
2eggs
1 tbsvanilla flavor
1 tspbaking powder

First blend the sugar

Sieve the flour, baking powder and mix with the sugar in a bowl.

In a separate bowl wisk egg and vanilla flavor, grate the carrot, add the melted butter, pour mixture in a blender and blend all together. Pour mixture in the bowl containing flour, baking powder, sugar and mix all together very well

Preheat the oven, transfer barter into a greased baking pan. And bake for 35 minutes. it is done When ur skewer came out clean!
