Gota kalara Bhaja
Mustard paste stuffed bitter gourd fry.
Steps

Take garlic,onion,green chilli,cumin seeds,mustard seeds in a blender jar add required amount of water and make a fine paste. Then add turmeric powder and salt into the paste.

Wash the bitter gourd,make a cut on the middle. Marinate with salt and keep them for 20 minutes.

Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan,add prepared mustard paste and fry for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Take out from pan and let it cool completely

Stuffed the prepared mustard masala into the bitter gourd.

Heat oil in a pan,then put the stuffed bitter gourds. Cover and fry for minutes on a low to medium flame. Then flip them and fry for 5 to 10 minutes more on low to medium flame. Serve as a side dish.
