Ingredients

4 serving
  1. 1 small cup besan / gram flour
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1 small potato cube cut
  4. 3 big green chillies slit cut
  5. 1 small drumstick cut into pieces (optional)
  6. 2 tbspCauliflower cut in small pieces
  7. 4-5lady finger give a cut from middle and fry it(optional)
  8. 4-5dry kokam
  9. 1 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  10. 1lemon juice
  11. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  12. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  13. 1 tspturmeric powder
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. For tempering:
  16. 1 tspfenugreek seeds
  17. 1 tbspmustard seeds
  18. 5-7curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add tempering ingredients.

    Add besan, in the cooker,cook till the colour changes to light brown. Add red chilli powder and two glass of water.

    After adding water, add your choice of vegetables, coriander leaves, dry kokam, lemon juice, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, mix it.

  4. 4

    Now the consistency of curry is too thin, check the spices, cover with lid and wait till 3 whistle on medium flame. wait till air release from cooker. Open the lid and it look like this. Serve hot with rice.
