Steps
- 1
I let the kuku cook on low heat for a few hours
- 2
I add pumpkin seeds, green cardamom seeds and abit of white pepper
- 3
As it cooks, add abit of water and let it stick to the sufuria, this will give your nyama that nice brown colour.
- 4
When it is ready, place the nyama aside on a bowl
- 5
Using the same cooking pot, add the onions and let them cook nicely, you can add your spices here too (for them to cook well) add your red and yellow peppers for their sweet taste and lastly tomatoes.
- 6
Add abit of water to the tomatoes to make soup and when it is all boiled add your chicken and mix it up well
