Cut the chicken into smaller sizes and wash thoroughly, drain and put into a clean pot. Wash and cut the carrots, green beans, onions, lawashi, cucumber into longer sizes and set aside.

Put the ingredients (diced onion, pinch of salt, seasonings, curry and thyme) to the chicken, cover and allow to cook for 20 minutes.

While the chicken is on fire, you can continue with the sauce

Put 2 tblspns of oil to a pan, add the diced onion, garlic (optional), Attaruhu, and Tattasai

Add seasonings, pinch of salt, curry powder and fry for 2 minutes

When it done frying, add lawashi, carrots and green beans
- 7
Allow to fry for another 3 minutes, when the veggies is soft you can add the boiled eggs, boiled chichen together with its stock, cover and allow to cook for 5 minutes. When it's done you can stir it well and take it off the fire

Arrange the cucumber round the chichen on a plate and serve hot. Enjoy
