  2. 1garlic clove
  3. 1onion
  4. Handfulmushrooms
  5. 50 gQuinoa per person
  6. Veg stock
  7. Splashoil
  8. Splashbalsamic vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Get ingredients - I have a massive onion here but I only used half

    Chop all veg finely and cook on medium heat with splash of oil

    During cooking add balsamic vinegar and absorb in veg

    Toast quinoa in pan
