The tangy lemony flavor is to die for, succulent and moist to the tongue.
Steps

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add eggs one at a time beat until mixed properly

Add zest and juice of lemon (don’t mind the curdle)add sour cream and mix

Add your dry ingredients alternate with milk and finish with flour, proud into pan and bake for 20-30 mins

You can glaze it with icing sugar and lemon juice or sugar with lemon juice which ever you prefer
