Jimykand ki chutney / yam dip

This receipe I learnt from my mom.
Steps

Firstly shave jimykand and cut it in small pieces.

Now add salt to it and boil it.

Now mash it after taking out water.

Now add oil in pan and when it gets hot then add mustard seeds to it and chopped ginger and green chilli to it.

Now add all the spices and 1/2 cup water and mashed jimykand and salt. Mix well and let it be cooked for 2 minutes.

Now add lemon juice and turn off the gas flame.Now your Jimykand Chutney is ready to eat.
